This renovated West-facing apartment has a private terrace with good sea and beach views and afternoon sun. A short walk from the Old Town and the Marina.

Accommodation comprises; living/dining room with flat-screen TV, a relaxing sofabed for two people, and doors to the furnished terrace with sea views, new modern open-plan kitchen with hob, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and everything you need to cook; bedroom with two single beds and fitted wardrobe (there is a curtain instead of a bedroom door); and a fully tiled bathroom with luxury walk-in shower. There are some UK and other foreign language TV channels available through the community aerial system.

🏊‍ Among the Skol's facilities are its three unheated outdoor community pools, open all year round. Sunbeds have a cost of €3 per day and are occupied on a first-come-first-served basis.
