With just a cluster of excellent tavernas, a perfect sandy beach which is never crowded, upmarket facilities, spectacular sunsets, yet with the many facilities of the large Acharavi just 2 km away, this setting will amaze you. Added touches of style, such as a dedicated concierge service, will make you feel pampered through all the duration of your stay to fully sample the real Greek hospitality.



Set over one floor with direct access to the extensive private gardens, carefully decorated in contemporary style and modernly furnished, Villa Stato Da Mar Romantic can sleep up to 2 to 3 guests in fully air-conditioned interiors (both lounge/kitchen and bedroom). The open plan lounge with fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher, washing machine, etc) is airy and spacious and can accommodate a 3rd guest on the sofa bed provided. Indoor dining facilities are provided for a full self-catering holiday. The large double bedroom is the perfect nest for an unforgettable holiday by the sea and the gentle sound of the waves, together with the cooling northern breeze, will pamper our guests for long and relaxing summer sleeps.



Outside, the enchanted gardens lead directly to the beach through a private gate: a truly unique feature! Enjoy endless sunsets while tasting a glass of wine, sunbath on the comfortable sunbeds provided, cool down under the shade, dine outside while watching the boats passing by: this will be a holiday to remember! With such a peaceful setting, with a perfect and never crowded sandy beach at your doorstep, with such a wide space all for you, even the most demanding guests will be satisfied. Parking is available within the premises, as well as barbecue facilities (barbecue + oven, shared with the next door property). For extra comfort of our guests, a concierge service is provided and an independently run pool bar is available next door and open to the public (opening dates may vary, entrance fees may apply).

NOTES: for the convenience of our guests, the rental price quoted includes air-conditioning, wi-fi internet, beach towels, maid service twice a week, change of linen and hand/bath towels twice a week. A refundable security deposit for damages (euros 300) is required on arrival and refunded at the end of the stay.
