Nestled in the heart of Puerto del Carmen, Villa Los Pocillos is a splendidly refurbished modern villa, perfect for those seeking a central location. Alongside it stands an identical villa, distinguished only by the tiles surrounding the private pool. Elegance and contemporary design define this retreat, providing a haven for relaxation and leisure. The spacious lounge is adorned with comfortable sofas and features air conditioning, making it the ideal spot for unwinding.



A fully equipped kitchen, boasting a range of modern appliances including a fridge/freezer, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, and kettle, ensures that culinary needs are well taken care of. The villa offers four double bedrooms, each offering the flexibility of being prepared with either king-size or twin beds. All bedrooms come equipped with wardrobes, and ceiling fans ensure a pleasant night's sleep. Two of these bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, while a separate family shower room caters to the rest of the guests. A hairdryer is also provided for your convenience.



For accessibility, there are just a couple of steps in the living room, and the villa is thoughtfully located in a flat area. Housekeeping services are available, with a mid-week towel change and a weekly linen change for guests staying longer than 7 nights. Additionally, you have the option to obtain pool towels for a small local fee.



The safety of your belongings is paramount, and Villa Los Pocillos provides a safety deposit box for your peace of mind. The swimming pool, a central feature of this villa, boasts a rectangular shape, measuring 6.40m x 5.50m, with depths ranging from 1.30m to 1.60m. Its heating system utilizes both solar and electric pool heating, ensuring comfortable water temperatures.



The outdoor space is a true delight, with sun terraces that are open and covered, furnished with sunbeds, patio furniture, and even a dining table and chairs. A built-in BBQ beckons for leisurely outdoor meals.

The Los Pocillos beach and charming cove-like beaches are conveniently within reach. The main avenida, spanning approximately 3 kilometers, is a shopping haven, housing shops and stores offering souvenirs, designer goods, and duty-free items. Puerto del Carmen offers two distinct experiences - the old town harbor, renowned for its fish restaurants and local bars, and the new town, which boasts a diverse selection of cuisines.



In terms of distances, Villa Los Pocillos is situated just 300m from Los Pocillos beach and 1.6km from Playa Grande. A supermarket, restaurant, Rancho Texas, and a casino are all within easy reach. Golf enthusiasts will find a course just 3.3km away, while the Biosfera Shopping Centre is a mere 4km from the villa. The convenience extends to the airport, with a distance of 7.6km.



Villa Los Pocillos comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests, including infants, and small children can be accommodated upon request. Prices are calculated based on up to 4 people sharing the villa, with a minimum stay requirement of 5 nights. Please note that infants count towards occupancy. Check-in is available from 14:00, and guests are kindly asked to check out by 10:00 am.
