Nestled in the valley on the outskirts of Port de Pollenca it offers the the best of both worlds, a private countryside setting with mountain views but within an easy stroll (20 mins) of all the amenities the resort has to offer. The villa is air-conditioned throughout (on a timer) and sleeps 8 guests in spacious accommodation, decorated in cool modern whites and grey with touches of vibrant colour that create an ambiance of style and trend. It comprises; 4 bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms, two large, twin bedded rooms, and two large double bedrooms all furnished in a modern style. An open plan living space with a comfortable lounge (Satellite TV) and a well equipped, modern kitchen and dining area. There is also a connecting covered terrace which can be be fully opened or fully closed as its' lined with double glazed patio doors which lead out to the pool and gardens. A great additional family area, with dining for eight, rattan sofa seating and a music system, a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the morning sun or share evening drinks together. A driveway (which can be gated off) leads to the terraces and lawns that surround the 10 x 4 metre private pool. The brick built barbeque is located here and outside dining can be enjoyed with the views of the surrounding mountains and open fields.
