Our mission is to empower individuals to immerse themselves in new places by having a home wherever they go. We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe.

Welcome to Terzigno, a stylish and comfortable 75-square-meter beach themed apartment nestled in the Malasaña-Universidad district, which puts you at the center of happening plazas and trending restaurants. There’s so much to do and see, make sure you have the perfect place to call home during your stay in Madrid.

This contemporary urban retreat boasts two well-appointed bedrooms, each featuring a queen-size bed for a rejuvenating night's sleep. One of the bedrooms also includes a dedicated workstation, offering a convenient space for work or study. Enjoy the two modern and well-equipped bathrooms, one of which is fitted with a convenient walk-in shower, providing a refreshing bathing experience.

The open plan living room and kitchen serve as the central hub of Terzigno, with a beach theme accentuated by soothing neutrals and elegant wooden touches, creating a serene and relaxing ambiance. An entertainment system is at your disposal, allowing you to unwind with your favorite movies. Indulge in culinary delights in the fully furnished kitchen, complete with a convenient countertop dining space for quick meals or casual dining.

Terzigno offers a shared gym and rooftop pool, providing an ideal opportunity to stay active and refreshed during your visit. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant temperature throughout your stay. Fully furnished, this apartment comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens.

*Please note that the building amenities such as the pool and/or gym may have specific hours of operation and might not be available year-round.

*We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract.

*We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues.

*Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts.

To comply with local regulations and ensure a smooth check-in process, all guests are required to provide a valid ID before their stay.
This property requires a refundable security deposit. The amount will be requested separately at the moment of booking, as indicated during the booking process.
