Villa Astrea is situated on the south of the island of Zakynthos above the Bay of Laganas. This unique architect designed villa is set in the peace and tranquility of the gentle hillside, and its elevated position gives spectacular views across the bay and the hinterland beyond.
This serene location and is only a short 1.5 km from the sandy beaches of Kalamaki and also Laganas within the protected marine park (the largest nesting ground for careta careta turtles in the area).
Villa Astrea has a cool and contemporary feel with simplistic smooth lines & stylish minimalistic interior furnishings throughout. It has a central open plan living space with fully equipped kitchen a full-sized dining table for all guests to share, with an 180 degree vista of the Bay through floor to ceiling glass doors leading directly out onto the terrace and the swimming pool area. The terrace lends itself to al fresco dining and is perfect for outdoor yoga or relaxing beside the pool.
From the open living space the rear hallway leads off left and right to four spacious double bedrooms each with a private en-suite bathroom. Two bedrooms are situated on either side of the central living area allowing space and independence for families or friends sharing. Sleeping 8 in total. Each of the rooms share the same incredible 180 degree views and have direct access to the pool terrace.
The entire villa is one level and therefore accessible for anyone with mobility issues.
