Villa Niccolo is a marvelous private residence situated in the quietest part of the lovely cliff village of Praiano, one of the UNESCO-listed towns. It offers a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean sea along the entire coastal area of Amalfi. The property has a private parking space at short distance but we do recommend that you consider public forms of transport during the high season because parking can be really difficult and expensive along the coast. The bus stop to the town and the beaches is at about 250 meters. Villa Niccolo is at short distance from the center of Praiano, with easy access to all amenities: grocery stores, butchery, post office, ATM's, First Aid station, restaurants, bars, churches and specialty shops with some of the most typical product of the Amalfi coast like ceramics, wine and food. La Praia is reachable with a walk of 15 minutes along a wonderful walkway carved into the rocky cliffs.
