Villa Alaina with a private pool is set in a little oasis in the exclusive La Font area of Pollenca and no more than a 15 minute walk to the old town with an array of excellent restaurants, bars and shops. This traditionally styled house sleeps 5 guests with accommodation distributed over one level. From a shaded covered porch you enter directly into the formal air-conditioned lounge/dining room which runs the full length of the house. Leading off from the dining area is a simple yet well-equipped kitchen and a “snug” room with a breakfast/dining table, easy style rockers, a TV with News and International channels, a DVD player and an old character fireplace. Off the formal lounge there are 3 bedrooms, a pretty single, a double and a twin bedroom and these share the use of a full family bathroom. Outside, set amongst half an acre of lawn gardens, tropical trees and plants is a private swimming pool equipped with sun loungers and a rear covered terrace with a large dining table overlooking the brick-built barbeque kitchen. Here, there is a further shower and toilet plus a washing machine in the adjacent laundry to ensure you have everything required to make your Mallorca villa holiday perfect.
