This cozy living space, perfect for up to 3 guests, is situated on the mezzanine floor (just 6 steps above ground) of a beautiful historical building from around 1900, offering an authentic Viennese experience.
The Apartment is located in the mezzanine floor (approx. 6 steps above the ground) of a historical building typical for Vienna – built around 1900. The apartment is 61 m² and is optimal for up to 3 persons (small family). There is 1 double bed and 1 single bed.
The living room has a leather couch, a TV and a dining room area. The kitchen includes a stove, an oven, a refrigerator, microwave and a dish washer.
In the bathroom there is a bathtub, a sink, a toilet and a washing machine.

During the heating period: to save energy, please only open the windows briefly to air them out - do not leave them open or tilted open all the time.
Recommended room temperature for heating setting: 20-21 degrees Celsius; please do not set more than 22-23 degrees.
