The space
Jimmy Place is a ground floor apartment and provides:

- Late check out, 11am as standard.

- Accommodates 1 baby/toddler who sleeps in a travel cot (NOT BED)

The apartment is 38 square metres and for this reason we recommend a maximum of 2 people plus 1 baby / toddler OR Dog. (not both!)

We charge a one off fee to accommodate children 0 - 2 years. After booking with us, an additional fee will be requested ; 25 euros. We provide the following:

Relax on our king size bed or chill out in our luxurious robes direct from the walk in shower with under floor heating throughout.

The main living area overlooks the private terrace, which is great in the summer for breakfast outside or sit and enjoy a meal or BBQ day or night. If you enjoy the sun, why not simply relax on one of our sun loungers.

You have a fully functioning kitchen but if you don’t fancy cooking you have plenty of options, order in or walk to the nearest restaurant, which is just 20 metres away.

You can even take a day trip to Oldenburg; the train station is just 1.2km away and takes less than 11 minutes on the train.

We like to think we have thought of everything you need on your trip. From complimentary selection of teas to a Nespresso Coffee bar to even blackout curtains to ensure good nights sleep as well as mosquito net curtains.

Guests have their own private entrance, free parking on site, Wi-Fi, access to satellite channels plus Netflix & Prime on our 42 inch TV. Full kitchen, with an integrated dishwasher. You also have a washing machine, just in case you need it!

We are committed to becoming energy free. Windows are all triple glazed & ground pump soon to be fitted.

PLEASE NOTE.

- The garden is ONLY partially fenced.
- We have a young child (although you have a separate area from the main house) a dog will be able to go into the main garden if not on a lead.
- Please let us know you are bringing your dog and the breed. Some breeds may not be permitted due to insurance reasons.
