The family house with an apartment on the ground floor is located in a beautiful and quiet part of Vantačići, 250 meters from the sea and 4000 meters from the center of Malinska. It consists of a beautiful covered terrace, living room, kitchen and dining room all in one space, two bedrooms with double beds, bathroom with toilet and bathtub. In one bedroom there is an additional bed for one person on the couch. The kitchenette is fully equipped with dishes, kitchen towels, electric hob, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine. In the living room there is another sofa on which there is the possibility of an additional bed for one person. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV.
