With a wide array of shops, restaurants, bars, boat trips, rib rentals, excursions virtually at your doorstep a car is not required, yet the property also offers private parking for all those guests that want to explore the island without having the hassle of finding a free spot in the evening once they come back home. Finished to a very high standard, with modern and airy décor and top of the range appliances, Villa Torre Marina can sleep up to 4+2 guests in fully air conditioned interiors (2 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms). Inside, Villa Torre Marina is set over 2 floors. On the ground floor (fully air-conditioned) guests can find a comfortable lounge area with double sofa bed (mostly suitable for children up to 12 years old), satellite TV, dining area, fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher and washing machine), a beautifully finished twin bedroom with air-conditioning plus balcony and a modern bathroom with shower. Stairs lead up to the air-conditioned master bedroom suite, huge, and featuring its own shower room and balcony. Particular attention has been given to the décor of the house, to provide a modern, homely feeling with a touch of style and extra comfort.



Outside the villa offers the unique bonus of a large, swimming pool measuring more than 32sqm (6.5m x 5m – depth 1.5m) and reserved for the exclusive use of the guests. Spacious terraces with flowers and shrubs surround the pool, for endless relaxation under the shining Greek sun. The pool is beautifully lit at night and comfortable sunbeds, parasols and pool towels are provided to the guests. But with so many attractions virtually at your doorstep, the choice will be hard: pool or beach? A built-in barbecue, together with a fully furnished poolside dining area, complement the setting for an unforgettable holiday. Private parking is also available within the premises.



NOTES: Air-conditioning, wi-fi internet, maid service twice a week, pool towels, change of hand/bath towels twice a week and change of bed linen once a week are included in the rental rates. A refundable security deposit for damages of euros 300 is required on arrival and refunded at the end of the stay.
