Welcome to my home! This is not your usual holiday rental -I live here and I only let it from time to time, usually when I'm away :)

Sleeps 4 (1 double bed, 1 convertible couch in the living room. I also have a small mattress in the office room).
Overlooking a leafy square, it's a comfortable and quiet place, 10 min on foot from Madrid Rio park. City centre is 20 min by metro/bus, or a 40 min walk away. Both metro and bus are frequent and available at a 5-7 min walk from the building.

All mod cons, good broadband, and great balcony. Shops and amenities available in the neighbourhood.

Important: for security reasons, I request a scanned copy of guests IDs (watermark is fine, and you'll receive a copy of my ID too). Also, please note that the damage deposit will be charged if anything major is broken, furniture is removed or relocated, or personal property is tampered with.
