The property lies on the outskirts of the small village of Castelleone, in a hilly location with panoramic views. The location is a perfect starting point for who want to discovery Umbria. The main cultural and religious centers (Orvieto, Todi, Perugia, Assisi, Spello, Spoleto) of Umbria can be reached in about hour by car. It's a house with a fully fenced garden and private pool. The whole property is for private/exclusive use of the tenant. The swimming pool is 9 by 5 meter and depth goes from 1,20m to 1,40 m. The pool area is equipped with parasols and sun loungers. It is suitable for 8+2 persons (3 bedrooms/8 bed places + double sofa bed in the living area). The house has been completely renovated with typical Umbrian materials and the furnishings maintain the local style. In the outdoor area there is a covered panoramic terrace with a dinning table for 10 and a bbq.
On the ground floor there are a large living room with fire place, 2 armchairs, sofa for 3, chess table and a dinning table for 10 or more. There is also a sofabed for 2 and a large, separate and well equipped kitchen. All the most common household appliances are available: fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, oven. Next to the living area there is a toilet with washing machine and iron/iron table. At the same floor you will find a family bedroom for 4 with air conditioning (from year 2024 it will have one double bed and 2 single beds…at them moment you will see on the photo 3 single beds). Next to it a completed bathroom with shower/toilet. On the first floor there are 2 double bedroom and one bathroom with shower/toilet for common use of the two bedrooms. Both bedrooms have air conditioning. Baby bed and high chair available upon request. Wi-fi internet connection available for free.
In the village of Deruta, at 4 km from the property, there are the supermarkets and other shops available. You will find also bars and restaurants. We suggest Posta dei Donini (in San Martino in Campo), La Costiera (also pizza and fish), Locanda del Bracconiere, Enjoy (for pizza).
You can ask for the chef at home and buy excellent olive oil of own production.
In the nearest Village of Deruda you can find the excellent pottery famous all over the world
The Marmore waterfalls green area, where you can enjoy with river sport, as for example rafting, or visit the spectacular highest waterfalls in Europe is at 45 min by car.
