The historic centre of Estepona is 3 km away.

The 265m2 modern apartment, which can accommodate up to 6 people, features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a spacious living-dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. There is also a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Lighting, air conditioning and heating can be controlled via a central Smart Home interface.

The 2 double bedrooms with SMART TV and 1 bedroom with two single beds offer plenty of comfort and privacy for all guests. Each bedroom has its own bathroom.

The 2 bedrooms and the living room can be accessed through a large French window onto the terrace.

The terrace features a private swimming pool which is heated by solar panels to at least 30 degrees Celsius (summer), 26 degrees Celsius (spring/autumn) and 23 degrees Celsius (winter).
There is a barbecue, an outdoor dining table, and comfortable sun loungers.

If you do not want to dine on the terrace, you can use the indoor dining table, which is part of the spacious living room.

In the living room there is a comfortable sofa, SMART TV with internet access (Netflix, PrimeVideo, Disney+) for relaxation and rest. Free high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment.

The fully equipped kitchen with quality cabinetry and modern appliances offers plenty of space to carry out your holiday culinary activities.
Equipment includes a fridge-freezer, electric oven, induction hob, microwave, coffee machine (Nesspresso), kettle, toaster and dishwasher. There are coffee and tea making tablets, dishwasher tablets and washing machine tablets.

A set of high quality, heavyweight towels and bath towels, comfortable bed linen (cotton/satin mix) are provided for our guests in the apartment, and in the bathroom you will find soap, shower gel, 3-ply toilet paper and a hairdryer.

There is also a highchair and a portable cot.

The apartment has a private parking space in the underground garage.
The complex is guarded by a 24/7 security service.

The garden and outdoor areas include a 2x swimming pool, 1x indoor pool, sauna, tennis court and fitness room.
From the garden there is direct access to the sea to the private beach.

There are also 2 electric scooters which can be used for excursions such as to nearby Estepona.

There are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby.

You can use Carrefour supermarket (approximately 5 minutes by car), Lidl or Mercadona to buy groceries and other essentials.

There are several golf courses close to the property.

The surrounding countryside is ideal for hiking in the hills just outside Estepona.

Apart from the beautiful views from the hilltops, there are also many historical and natural sights to see.

The ski resort of Siera Nevda is about two hours away (the resort provides a full service including ski equipment and clothing hire).

For water sports enthusiasts, there are diving, fishing, paddleboard hire or boat trips nearby.

Adrenaline lovers can also enjoy the newly built karting arena nearby.

Your children will appreciate the opportunity to explore the local safari, visit the children’s park in Puerto Banus or enjoy a boat trip to see the dolphins.

There is a trail (promenade) that runs along the entire coastline. The promenade can be used for cycling and walking tours in the surrounding area (e.g. the historic centre of Estepona about 3km).

The Sierra Nevada mountain range is only 250km away, Gibraltar 55km, Mijas Aquapark 65km, Málaga 85km, Marbella 25km.
