This completely refurbished five-bedroom villa seamlessly integrates with the stunning surroundings, providing captivating views of the Cretan sea, the city's glow, and the majestic mountains. It's timeless and refined decor ensures serene days and tranquil nights.

Spread across three levels, Villa Mia boasts 350 m2 of elegantly designed space, comfortably hosting up to 11 guests. This retreat is perfect for families and friend groups craving tranquil and cherished moments.
Villa features five charming bedrooms (two double, and three with twin beds), one of which is on the ground floor, one on the lower ground floor and the other three on the first floor . The eleventh person can sleep in a folding bed in one of the rooms.
Moreover, each bedroom is filled with sunlight and boasts an airy ambiance. The first-floor bedrooms also extend to a spacious balcony, with scenic views.

The main floor features a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area with pool & garden access, and a cozy living room with a fireplace. On the ground floor you'll discover an expansive 85m2 playroom, complete with a pool table, wooden foosball table, an arcade featuring 5000 games, a card table, and a vibrant Black Light Disco corner.

The outdoor space ensures an unforgettable family vacation with its array of amenities. You'll find a 50 m2 private swimming pool (1.50 m deep for adults & 0.60 m for children) nestled on a picturesque terrace, complete with sun beds and umbrellas, creating the perfect setting to bask in the sunlight and the gentle summer breeze. Moreover, there's a shaded outdoor sitting area where you can indulge in a glass of wine or create a delectable homemade meal using the BBQ facilities, all while your children engage in play nearby.
