Our mission is to empower individuals to immerse themselves in new places by having a home wherever they go. We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe.

Welcome to Scafati, a captivating haven nestled in the heart of the Centro neighborhood. This spacious 100-square-meter retreat seamlessly blends comfort, convenience, and elegance, offering an enchanting escape for your stay in Madride.

Scafati boasts two beautifully appointed bedrooms, each featuring a queen-size bed that promises restful nights. One of the bedrooms is complete with an ensuite bathroom that includes a relaxing bathtub and a dedicated workstation that offers a versatile space for work. The second detached bathroom comes with a relaxing tub for soaking.

The heart of Scafati is its living room, a space carefully curated with beach design in mind. An entertainment system ensures leisure and enjoyment, while the dedicated workstation allows you to stay productive. Adjacent to the living room, a charming dining table offers the perfect setting for meals and gatherings. The fully furnished kitchen is a culinary haven, equipped with modern appliances and a convenient countertop seating area that's ideal for casual breakfasts or quick bites.

During the warmer months, venture to the heated shared pool, a refreshing oasis that promises hours of relaxation and recreation. The presence of a doorman ensures your security and adds an extra layer of convenience to your stay. Fully furnished, this apartment comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens.

*Please note that the building amenities such as the pool and/or gym may have specific hours of operation and might not be available year-round.

*We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract.

*We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues.

*Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts.

To comply with local regulations and ensure a smooth check-in process, all guests are required to provide a valid ID before their stay.
This property requires a refundable security deposit. The amount will be requested separately at the moment of booking, as indicated during the booking process.
