NEW TO THE RENTAL MARKET - SLEEPS A MAXIMUM OF 4 PEOPLE (INCLUDING CHILDREN)
For families with small children you would need to satisfy yourselves that children would be ok owing to the stairs !
An extremely well furnished 2 bedroom duplex apartment accessed from the rear by a small flight of stairs.
1st floor, with views over rooftops of the sea and black rock , and consists of open plan living space.
KITCHEN AREA : Fully fitted with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, gas hob and electric oven . Airer , iron and board, blender,toaster, kettle and all usual utensils for your party. Seating at counter for 2 people,
LOUNGE AREA : The good quality furnishings consist of a large sofa, seating 3 and an armchair plus footstool.
Electric portable radiators. The good sized balcony with morning sun, (wonderful set up for breakfast), table and chairs for 4 people plus parasol. TV with good selections of channels (being investigated at moment so unsure of type etc, Please request)
Staircase with handrail down to bedrooms as follows : (owing to stairs please satisfy yourself that these are suitable if you have walking difficulties or families with small children before committing to a booking).

King sized bedroom (with premium Egyptian cotton bedding) wardrobe, chest of drawers and dressing table. A small en-suite to main bedroom with shower, sink and WC. There is access to second balcony from sliding doors equipped with 2 deckchairs and two folding chairs.
BEDROOM 2 - Twin beds, large window, chest of drawers and hanging space. Further bathroom with bath and shower above, WC sink and bidet
** Premium Egyptian cotton bedding) Linen is provided for the property but not for the beach, towels from the property are NOT to be taken to the beach.
Easy access to shops and supermarkets, restaurants church bars and bus stop .
There are various restaurants all within 2 minutes walking distance and also 2 very good supermarkets, 2 pharmacies a doctors and dentists and various other shops in the village.
There are easy and hard walks along the cliff tops in both directions from the village and plenty of water sports activities on the beach.
For the more discerning shopper, a trip into nearby Lagos is approximately a 10 minute drive - (there is a bus stop/taxi rank within a few minutes walk). CAR NOT NECESSARY
