Solmar Villas are pleased to offer four Althea Kalamies Villas, located within the very heart of Pernera, you'll be allocated one of these stunning villas on arrival. Identical inside and out, these spacious villas are located right next to the Louis Althea Beach Hotel, where you have full use of all the facilities on offer, from the gym to the spa, the swimming pools to the tennis court. As an added bonus, this villa also comes with a complimentary welcome pack on arrival which includes cold beverages and a fresh fruit basket, soft pool towels, bathrobes and cosy slippers. The treats don't stop there, you'll also get a daily replenishment of all tea and coffee facilities, an afternoon treat delivered six times a week, porter service upon arrival and even a goodbye gift to Thank You for your stay. For that extra sparkle, your villa will also get a clean six times a week, with fresh linen and towels three times a week.
We know outside is where you'll spend most of your time, soaking up the rays by the freshwater pool as the sun shines down. How blissful! Padded sunloungers are the ideal spot for relaxing, whilst the alfresco dining makes for an ideal spot for a light lunch. Alternatively, you can explore the local area of Pernera, bustling with busy bars and international cusines, making for a great night out. If you love the beach, then the golden sands of Kalamie are less than a 1-minute walk away. For walks, there's a beautiful boardwalk in front of the villas, 6km long all along the Protaras coastline, ideal for jogging or afternoon walks.
With four bedrooms in total, this villa is ideal for slightly larger groups. An open-plan kitchen and living room is filled with contemporary furnishings and modern appliances. The first bedroom is also on the ground floor, a master double with a shower ensuite and a guest WC. Upstairs, we find the remaining three bedrooms, another master double with ensuite and two twin rooms sharing a family bathroom. Deisgned with a Grecian blue and white colour scheme in mind, this bright and airy property is sure to feel like a home from home.
