The accommodation comprises of an open plan living room and kitchen with a twin bedroom and shower room downstairs. Patio doors lead to the undercover dining terrace which leads directly to the beautiful outside pool area and tiled terrace. Relaxing outside really is made easy with 4 sun loungers and outside dining for those delicious al fresco meals....



Upstairs there is a large bedroom with a king size bed and en-suite bathroom with a shower over the bath. There are two terraces, one leading off the master bedroom with a bistro set to enjoy those sunsets and a terrace off the hallway to the front of the villa.



Mar Menor Golf Resort is one of POLARIS WORLDS premier resorts with a 18 hole Jack Nicklaus designed course which will challenge all levels of golfers boasting a 5 star Senator Hotel (note this villa is a 5 mins walk from the hotel).

Lots of on-site facilities, including Spanish, Italian and Japanese Restaurants, an Irish pub and supermarket. In the summer, you can use the kids club and there are kids discos regularly in the week.
