Located on the ground floor of a typical Mediterranean villa the apartment comfortably sleeps six and is the ideal holiday retreat for a peaceful escape with groups of family or friends.

The property enjoys its own private entrance, a sunny balcony and shared use of a spacious sun-drenched terrace with loungers, a BBQ and an al fresco dining area - all enjoying the most incredible views over the sea and surrounding coastline.

Inside, the apartment enjoys a light and airy open-plan living area furnished with an open-hearth fireplace, a comfortable seating area, a coffee table, a flat-screen TV, a sunny conservatory and a well-equipped kitchen/dining room. The kitchen is fitted with; a gas hob, coffee machine, a dishwasher, an oven, microwave, a freezer and fridge and a dining table with 6 chairs. This space is connected through floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors to a sun-drenched terrace complete with a dining table and chairs – the ideal place to dine or unwind with a drink at the end of a busy day exploring.

Location

The hamlet of Načinovići is situated on the Adriatic coast, a 20-minute walk (a 5-minute drive) to the local beach (Beach Bobina).

For history lovers, the property is a 25-minute drive from the centre of the medieval village of Brseč. With a history of Venetian rule, the village has a unique character which is reflected in its architecture and cultural heritage.

For visitors who enjoy nature, the Učka Nature Park is a 40-minute drive from where guests can explore hiking trails and the diverse flora and fauna of the region.
Mošćenička Draga a small coastal resort situated at the foot of the Ucka Mountain range is a 36-minute drive from the accommodation. This town is famous for its beautiful pebble beaches and crystal-clear waters. Sipar Beach and Mošćenička Draga Beach are both a 38-minute drive away and among the most popular spots for swimming, sunbathing, and water sports.

The town of Opatija is a 53-minute drive along the coast, here guests will find a selection of shops and restaurants, an indoor aquatic centre and a wellness centre including a sauna, solarium, massage and a thalassotherapy spa.

The closest airport to the accommodation is Rijeka Airport (RJK) approximately a one hour 20-minute drive away.
