​Villa Terra Bianca is a brand-new, modern villa located just 50 meters from the sea, in the peaceful village of Klimno on the island of Krk. This villa is the perfect choice for those seeking a tranquil retreat right by the sea. With a spacious area of 220 m², spread across two floors (ground and first floor), Villa Terra Bianca comfortably accommodates up to eight guests. The heated pool and underfloor heating make it ideal for holidays not only in summer but also in early spring and late autumn.
Upon entering, a spacious hallway leads to an open-plan area that includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room. The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa and a 65-inch TV with satellite channels, making it a perfect spot to relax. The kitchen is equipped with all essentials for preparing delicious meals, including an induction stove, range hood, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, oven, kettle, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and all necessary cooking and serving utensils.
The ground floor also features a bedroom with a king-size bed, TV, spacious wardrobe, and desk. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, sink, toilet, and hairdryer. A guest toilet is also accessible from the hallway.
Upstairs, you will find three additional bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. These rooms are similarly furnished with king-size beds, TVs, wardrobes, and work desks. Two of the upstairs bathrooms have access to a private terrace equipped with a lounge set, offering a stunning view of Soline Bay, perfect for enjoying morning coffee or evening relaxation. Each bathroom is equipped with a shower, WC, sink, and hairdryer.
The villa’s outdoor area is designed for pure relaxation, with a private heated pool surrounded by eight sun loungers and a cozy seating area. For those who enjoy outdoor cooking, there is a gas grill available. The villa is completely fenced, providing privacy and the sense of living in a standalone house, although it is a semi-detached property. Parking for four vehicles is available in front of the house, along with a charging station for electric cars.
Klimno is a charming village known for its peaceful setting, blending authenticity and natural beauty of the island of Krk. Nearby are beautiful beaches, including Soline, famous for its healing mud. The surroundings offer numerous walking and cycling trails and opportunities for water sports. Additionally, there are charming local restaurants offering fresh seafood and regional specialties.
