The house is spread over two floors. On the ground floor there is a large living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, and a bathroom. Internal stairs lead to the first floor, where the modern and comfortable bedrooms are located. Air conditioners are located in the living room and hallway on the 1st floor. In the price of renting the house, guests have at their disposal: Wi-Fi, private parking, three bicycles, bed linen, towels, billiards, and table football.
An ideal location in the interior of Istria, it is an ideal starting point for exploring the surrounding towns and villages. The nearest beach is only 12 km from the house and is located in Blaz bay. Shops, bars, and a restaurant are located in Barban, approx. 5 km away.
