Kugu Apartment on the popular Asfiya Retreat Complex, is duplex apartment with a private roof terrace and sea views. The apartment has the use of the large communal pool. Situated in sought after location, adjacent to the Regency Hotel and Rhapsody Hotel and and easy 10 minutes’ easy walk to the heart of Kalkan Old Town and shops. Kugu Apartment is arranged over two floors the apartment has Travertine floors and relaxing décor with feature stone walls. Air conditioning and good Wi-Fi connection throughout.

First Floor
The entrance level is open plan with comfortable sofa, fully equipped kitchen, and dining table for 6. There is a further dining table on the balcony ideal for al-fresco dining and which is accessed through fully glazed patio doors. For entertainment, there is a 42 inch LCD TV with some English speaking satellite channels. There is also a twin bedroom on this floor and adjoining family bathroom.

Second Floor
Housing the master bedroom with en-suite shower room, dressing table and wardrobes. A feature of this room are the full height picture windows and sliding patio door to the private sun terrace with 4 sun-loungers, parasol and lovely outdoor jacuzzi. The views are stunning and the terrace is an all day long sun trap. The bedroom also has a mini fridge to keep your drinks cool while you are enjoying the sun terrace.

Outside
The attractively designed communal pool for the complex is only couple of steps away from the apartment, together with two sunloungers and a parasol for the sole use of Kugu Apartment.

The Old Town is less than 10 minutes’ walking distance and is mostly a flat walk with no major hills, and along the route you can take in breath taking views of Kalkan Bay and the Sea.
