The property is in the centre of a popular village within easy walking distance of shops, supermarkets and numerous restaurants. The nearest sea is 2km from the house, with easy access to many other beaches for swimming and sunbathing. The small town of Tar with more shops and restaurants is a short walk away, and the lively town of Porec with its bustling restaurants, shops and nightlife is a short 15 minute drive away. The house is categorised as 3* by the local authority.
