The beautiful town La Cala de Mijas is easy to walk to using the dreamy boardwalk path alongside the med.

On the ground floor you will find a double en-suite bedroom with a shower and toilet. There is also a separate toilet.

The open light living area connects to the porch / front terrace (which can be heated). From there you have access to the pool (9x4 meters) and the jacuzzi. Both of which of course can be heated.

The open modern kitchen is fully equipped and also leads to the porch and terrace and pool area. The pool is a salt water pool and includes a shallow part.

There is ample seating and there are pool loungers for everyone. And what would a Spanish villa be without an outdoor kitchen and BBQ area.

On the first floor you will find the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bathtub and two showers. Furthermore there are 3 double bedrooms and 2 further bathrooms with shower and toilet. All the bedrooms on the first floor have stunning sea views, 3 of which have direct access to the terrace. From the first-floor terrace, staircase leads to a rooftop sun terrace with incredible views in all directions.

Access to the villa is steep and has steps - not suitable for people that have difficulties walking.
