Our mission is to empower individuals to immerse themselves in new places by having a home wherever they go. We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe.

This young and hip neighborhood is filled with fun bars, eclectic plazas, and stunning eateries, all for you to explore. With its stylish design, comfortable amenities, and prime location, Greco offers a delightful retreat for your stay in the heart of the city.

Spanning across 67 square meters, Greco provides a spacious and inviting atmosphere. The apartment features one beautiful bedroom complete with a queen-size bed, ensuring a restful and rejuvenating sleep. The bedroom also boasts an ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower, offering privacy and convenience during your stay.

The open plan living room and fully furnished kitchen create a seamless and functional space for relaxation and dining. The living room is designed with a comfortable sitting area where you can unwind and enjoy your favorite entertainment. An elevated dining table serves as a stylish centerpiece for meals and gatherings, while also providing a dedicated workstation for those who need to attend to work or other tasks.

During warmer days, you can enjoy the cool comfort of the air conditioning in the living room. The radial heating system ensures a cozy ambiance during cooler seasons, allowing you to relax and feel at home all year round. Greco embraces a vibrant beach design theme, inspired by the coastal atmosphere of the Amalfi Coast. The carefully selected color palette, coastal-inspired artwork, and beach-themed elements create a serene and relaxing ambiance that transports you to a tranquil seaside getaway.

Fully furnished, this apartment comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens.

*For freshness, it also comes equipped with A/C in the living room.

*We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract.

*We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues.

*Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts.

To comply with local regulations and ensure a smooth check-in process, all guests are required to provide a valid ID before their stay.
This property requires a refundable security deposit. The amount will be requested separately at the moment of booking, as indicated during the booking process.
