Welcome to Quinta Luz, an extraordinary villa boasting 5 bedrooms, stunning gardens, and fantastic amenities including a private pool with optional heating and a tennis court. Nestled in the hillside above Praia da Luz, this spacious retreat offers tranquility while being within walking distance to the beach and close to all conveniences.

French windows open onto a picturesque covered terrace, providing the perfect setting for delightful al fresco dining. Adjacent to the living room, you'll find a formal dining area capable of accommodating up to 12 guests. The well-equipped kitchen features cheerful retro tiles, and a convenient utility room offers a washing machine and an additional fridge/freezer. This level also houses three bedrooms.



Ascend the sweeping staircase from the entrance hall to the first floor, where additional bedrooms await. Each bedroom offers a balcony with lovely views of the village and the captivating sea beyond.



Outside, expansive terraces and lush lawns cascade down to the large swimming pool, surrounded by vibrant green foliage. A short path leads to the tennis court, allowing you to engage in leisurely matches during your stay.



For your peace of mind, a housekeeper and gardener reside in a discreet cottage within the grounds, ensuring your privacy is respected while providing assistance when needed.



Please note that the tennis court's surface consists of a green carpet base topped with white sand for protection. To the untrained eye, the photographs may appear patchy or unkempt due to this design.
