You will stay in one of the most beautiful bungalows of Famara to enjoy a peaceful rest in complete privacy not far from the beach. The very spacious house with approx. 200 sqm with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, living room, 2 large wind-protected terraces, one of them with a 10 by 4 meter large and heatable pool, a barbecue and a fully equipped kitchen, overlooks the Bungalow on the fantastic Lanzarote sunsets.

You are 5 minutes walk from one of the most beautiful beaches in Europe, in the middle of a large nature reserve and at the foot of the Mirador el Risco de Famara, a dream destination for all surfers and hikers. The village of Caleta de Famara is a 15 minute walk or a few minutes drive. There are numerous small supermarkets, small cafes and restaurants. There is a Michelin restaurant in the village and another culinary experience right in front of the door. The community is extremely quiet and you can enjoy full privacy on the property.

The house has 3 dining areas. One indoor that is right next to the kitchen, another one on the back terrace and a 3rd one on the front terrace.

The villa has 4 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 7.
In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed.
In the next bedroom, there is a double bed.
The third bedroom contains a double bed.
The fourth bedroom contains a single bed.

There are 3 bathrooms.
All bathrooms have a toilet, sink and a walk-in shower.

Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.

House Rules:
- Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed indoors.
- There is free parking on the property.
