The terrace boasts wonderful views across the marina and out to sea. An old-fashioned furnished property with two bedrooms and two bathrooms with independent air conditioning units. The lounge area has international TV including Sky along with a high speed fibre optic internet connection plus two comfortable sofas for four guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with all mod cons and offers everything that you would expect for your holiday. The dining area is conveniently located right off the kitchen and can also be accessed via the lounge. In the apartment you will find two en-suite bedrooms; the master bedroom has a king size bed and two single beds. The second bedroom has a double bed. The apartment is in a great location for families coming to stay in Estepona port. Two swimming pools are available in the community only available during peak season (please enquire). Parking is possible in the communal parking area and operates on a first come, first served basis however finding a space isn't normally a problem. You can also park nearby for free.
