With Two Bedrooms, one with a Double Bed and the other one with two Single. Two complete Bathrooms, one with a Shower and the other with a Bath and Shower. The Living Room is spacious and faces west where you can see a lake of the Nature Reserve Punta Entinas. A kitchen with Oven, Ceramic hob, Dishwasher, and all the necessary for 6 people. The Washroom is off the kitchen with the Washing Machine and electric boiler. The Terrace is quite big, perfect for enjoying the Sun in the afternoons or cooling off in the evenings. The apartment has Air Conditioning in the Living Room and the Bedrooms. Fiber Optic Internet. And Underground parking. The complex has a Swimming Pool open in the Summer season, please ask for the opening and closing dates. Its in a residential area so it´s quiet compared the next to the Beach or the Commercial businesses. It´s approximately 900 metres from the Beach and the centre where there are Restaurants of all type, Bars, Shops, Supermarkets, etc...
