At 8 km, you will find yourself in the city with supermarkets to do your groceries. For excursions, the medieval villages and towns of Monte S. Maria Tiberina at 20 km, S.Giustino at 20 km and Arezzo at 40 km are ideal.

The ground-floor holiday home has a private terrace with seating to enjoy reading a book or a cool refreshing drink. In the recreation room, you have a TV and table football game to enjoy. You can also indulge in a game of table tennis here. Evenings are better when everyone gathers around the hot barbecue with a glass of wine. A shared washing machine and bicycles are available here.
