The living and dining rooms are spacious, flooded with natural light and feature an open-plan kitchen, perfect for socialising, cooking and enjoying meals together. Both balconies offer breathtaking views and invite you to relax. The spacious bedrooms are lovingly furnished and two bathrooms even have an infrared sauna for additional relaxation. There is a ski bus just 300 metres away, which takes you to the extensive Kitzbühel ski area in just a few minutes. A special highlight: the apartment is located on a working farm, making it perfect for families and children. Cows, rabbits, cats, a pig, ducks, and chickens live on the farm, offering an unforgettable experience for young animal lovers.
