The villa offers 160 m² of living space spread over two floors. The open-plan living area includes a modern, fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a living room. Large glass windows flood the space with natural light and provide stunning views of Vrbnik and the sea. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your culinary needs, including a coffee maker, espresso machine, ice maker, microwave, toaster, blender, dishwasher, and stove. The dining area features a table for six, ideal for family meals. The living room offers a comfortable seating area perfect for relaxation, facing both the TV and the breathtaking sea view.
The villa features three beautiful bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Two bedrooms have double beds, while the third is equipped with two single beds. All rooms are air-conditioned and come with their own TVs. A special highlight is the freestanding bathtub in one of the bedrooms, where you can enjoy stunning views of the sea and the town of Vrbnik – a truly serene and relaxing experience.
The highlight of the outdoor area is the heated infinity pool, measuring 24 m² and 1.5 m deep, with a saltwater system. Around the pool, six sun loungers and a hammock are available for ultimate relaxation. For outdoor cooking enthusiasts, there is a fully covered outdoor kitchen equipped with a gas and charcoal grill, an oven, and a table for six. Here, you can prepare delicious meals and enjoy them in a relaxed, open-air setting. For further relaxation, the villa offers a sauna where you can unwind and recharge after a day of exploring the island.
The villa is designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible. It includes a washing machine, an iron, and a separate toilet, along with underfloor heating powered by a heat pump. All rooms are equipped with Wi-Fi and air conditioning. Guests are provided with three private parking spaces and a storage area for bikes, including washing facilities. Additionally, an electric vehicle charging station is available on-site.
