Fantastic large detached 3 bedroom villa with private pool. Everything you need to create a home away from home with glorious sunshine. Indoor and outdoor dining areas with amazing sea views and of Isla Los Lobos and Lanzaote in the distance. Wi-Fi, 55”inch TV with Sky sports, BBC, and a wide selection of recently released movies & box sets.

The villa has a private heated pool (optional for extra charge).

There are two large supermarkets (including a Lidl) and a selection of restaurants a short walk away.
The space
The villa has a private driveway with parking to the front. It has a fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, fridge freezer & microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine. The living room is spacious with 2 couches and a 6 seater dining table, 55” smart tv with sky tv, movies and box sets . There is also a downstairs toilet.

The main bedroom has a king size bed with ensuite. The other 2 bedrooms are twin rooms with 2 single beds in each room. There is also a full separate bathroom. Each bedroom has double doors leading to a Juliette balcony with fabulous views of the Parque Natural.

Upstairs guests also have use of a private roof terrace with the most amazing sea views and views of Los Lobos & Lanzarote in the distance.

In the garden you have the comfort of your own private pool with sun loungers an outside seating area with stone BBQ & a separate seating area.

We provide all linen and towels, including beach towels.

Pool Heating is available as an optional extra cost of €100pw. It is recommended between the beginning of November and the end of April and can be requested at any point prior or during your stay.
