The whole 104 m2 apartment of well-studied interior design is at complete disposal of your family or friends´ stay. With equipped kitchen, several rooms and workplace - this apartment offers you everything you need to feel completely at ease. You also have many great cafes and restaurants in the surrounding neighbourhood and it is well connected to all attractions in the city.

This charming ground-floor apartment offers a perfect blend of comfort and style, ideal for a relaxing stay. It features three beautifully appointed bedrooms and a spacious living room with a cozy sofa bed. Bedrooms 1 and 2 are elegantly furnished with queen beds and include their own small chill-out areas, providing a perfect retreat within your retreat. Bedroom 3, though smaller, offers a comfortable single bed.

The expansive living room, facing a tranquil inner courtyard, ensures a serene atmosphere where you can unwind and enjoy your privacy. Adorned with unique local art pieces, the space is designed to create a relaxing ambiance for you to enjoy your time. This apartment is your perfect home away from home, blending relaxation with artistic charm.

The will be clean only before and after your stay. If you wish to have extra cleaning, you can book it in our extra services for an additional price.

All important information (such as reservation details, check-in instructions, google maps directions, extra services etc.) can be found on your Arbio reservation page. All guests will get access to the link via message.
Please note that you need to access your reservation page in order to access you booked apartment.

*Longer stays
We offer monthly discount for longer period of stay. Please kindly let us know if you are interested in staying longer with us !

A security deposit will be held and authorized on your credit card during the reservation process. This amount is only authorized and blocked on your credit card and will be released within 7 days after check out if no damages are incurred during the stay.
We kindly ask you to respect our quiet hours from 20:00 until 9:00. This helps maintain a peaceful environment for all our neighbors. Please note that failure to comply with this policy may result in the cancellation of your reservation without refund. A noise detector is in the apartment to help monitor sound level.
