The ground floor features a spacious and bright open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, an elegant dining area, and a comfortable living room. The living area opens onto a covered terrace, ideal for enjoying morning coffee, relaxing during the day, or spending evenings with a glass of wine.



The villa has four modern bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom with a shower and individually controlled air conditioning. An additional guest toilet is also available.



The outdoor area is designed for complete relaxation and enjoyment. Guests can refresh themselves in the heated swimming pool, unwind on the covered terrace, or prepare meals in the barbecue area and enjoy dining outdoors with family and friends.



The beach, featuring both sandy and pebble sections, is just a few steps away. Four private parking spaces are available on the property. The entire villa is equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, and Wi-Fi. Internet connection is provided via Starlink, ensuring fast and reliable connectivity throughout your stay.
