The house has four bedrooms, a medium size en suite, a large family bathroom with walk in double shower and a pretty freestanding bath wonderful to soak in after the beach. There is a separate cloakroom leading off the large airy flagged living room with toilet and hand basin. The village is quiet and situated on the edge of a nature reserve, unusual birds are in abundance. The pretty streamed lanes surrounding the house make an excellent venue for cycling.
The garden is south facing and is lovely to sit in particularly at night with a glass of wine as the sun bathes the patio. Modern up and down lighters coupled with in paving spots create a luxury feel for dining.
Lots to do for children, with the famous L'OGLISS water park within a ten minute drive and go karting on the outskirts of village. Further afield the medieval pageantry of Puy de Fou makes a memorable day out. There is also the magnificent chateau near Avrille where activities are organised for children.
