About This Property
Carvoeiro is a beautiful, picturesque fishing village, it has kept a lot of it´s original charm and it is getting more popular year on year as new people discover this special part of the Algarve and others return every year for their holidays.
Casa Olivia has the most incredible ocean and beach view, it´s superb location means everything is on your doorstep and you can be on the beach within 2 minutes. There are so many great restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops within just a short walk and the famous boardwalk and Algar Seco viewpoint is just a short distance away.
Casa Olivia is a spacious and light studio apartment situated on the second floor, on entrance you will find a good-sized living space, the furniture is positioned so guests can enjoy the fantastic views throughout their stay.
There is a comfortable seating area with TV, spacious and well-equipped Kitchen and a modern Bathroom with shower. The sleeping area, lounge and kitchen are all open plan, it is a great space for two people looking to enjoy a relaxing holiday.
The real bonus of this apartment is the south facing balcony overlooking the ocean / beach and the central square in Carvoeiro, it´s the perfect place to sit back and watch the world go by.

We know how important holidays are and we want our guests have a wonderful stay, we like to make potential guests aware of a few things before booking to ensure there are no surprises on arrival:
The apartment is on the second floor and there is no lift access so there are some stairs to climb, you must be able to carry luggage up / down the stairs.
You cannot park outside the apartment (only to drop off / pick up bags), there is free on street parking behind the apartment and a small car park at the top of the hill near the church.
The situation of Casa Olivia is perfect for enjoying the evening entertainment throughout the summer, there is often live music in the square during the season so there will be noise between 19:00 and 00:30, there are a few special events which run later than 00:30 but only about 3 per year.
Tourist Tax is payable during stay in cash
