Villa Zrincy is located in Srinjine near Split (approx. 15km). The house consists of a basement, ground floor and first floor. In addition to the interior space, guests have access to the entire yard with a swimming heated pool, an outdoor kitchen with a fireplace and an outdoor hot tub. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. We also have private parking. We are pet friendly and the entire facility is for you during your stay!

Our Villa consists of a basement and two identical independent floors connected by an internal staircase, Living rooms and all bedrooms are air-conditioned..

GROUND FLOOR : It consists of a kitchen, dining room, living room, two double bedrooms, one bathroom and one small toilet. The exit from the living room has a small outdoor terrace.

Internal staircase leads from ground floor to first floor.

FIRST FLOOR : It consists of a kitchen, dining room, living room, two double bedrooms, one bathroom and one small toilet. The exit from the living room has a small outdoor balcony.

BASEMENT: consists of two empty rooms and a small bathroom.

OUTDOOR AREA: heated pool area and hot tub, covered pergola with coffee furniture, barbecue fireplace with outside kitchen & toilet and private parking for cars.

The entire area is fenced and the house is rented to only one group of guests, so you have complete privacy over the property and nothing is shared. The facility is only for you and we look forward to your stay in our place!

We recommend having a personal car for easier movement. Uber is an available and good option for guests without a car.

The house is comfortable for max. 8 adults in 4 rooms with a double bed and 2 people can sleep on extra sofa beds.
Guests must respect the maximum capacity of the facility which is 8+2.

No loud music or parties, especially in the period from 23:00 to 09:00

Young groups under 24 years of age are on request and should first inform us before completing the reservation so that the reservation is considered valid.

Guests who do not follow the house rules or cause any damage to the property will be removed from the property without discussion and will be charged for the damage.
