The entrance to the house and the staircase are shared by all residents of the house.
The common laundry room of the house, which you are welcome to use, is located in the basement.

Josefstadt, Vienna's 8th district, is a hip, densely populated inner-city neighborhood. The main shopping street is Josefstädter Straße; here you can find unconventional stores and informal student pubs. The Theater in der Josefstadt, which has existed since 1822, is one of many playhouses. Among the clubs and concert venues in the Stadtbahnbögen, a center of hip nightlife under the elevated subway line, are Rhiz and Chelsea.

The center can be reached on foot in 5. minutes.
There is an organic supermarket Denns in the street and a Spar within walking distance.
Cafe Hummel is open in the morning from 7:00 and invites you to have breakfast.
