This tranquil, pretty, two bedroom, three bathroom villa is in Praia Verde. Praia Verde is a typically Portuguese resort with beautiful soft, sandy beaches just an easy 15 minutes stroll away following the stream through the pine trees. There are two restaurants. One directly on the beach and the other a few paces away which is so good the Spanish come to visit. And for those who prefer a pool, it is just there overlooking the beach.

There is a small garden at the house but also a barbecue deck with spectacular views down to the coast and at the top of the villa, a sundowners deck with even more spectacular views.

The villa has everything you need plus air conditioning, WIFI and easy parking. In Praia Verde in the summer, there is a minimarket, café, padaria and all that you will need within walking distance. In the winter, the minimarket, padaria and café are a 2 minute drive away. But the Mercado da Vila Real de Santo Antonio is where you want to shop, summer or winter.
