Villa Misket is a contemporary style 3-bedroom villa with a private pool, outdoor dining area, and sun patio with a BBQ, and is conveniently located near local shops and restaurants. It is literally ten minutes’ walk from Kalkan’s Old Town.
It is one of a group of three adjacent villas, Verbena, Lamas and Misket, which are situated in a quiet residential area just off the Kalamar Road. These three villas provide a good location for groups of friends wishing to holiday together but still have their own space.

Ground Floor – Villa Misket
The open plan living area contains a well-equipped kitchen that includes a breakfast bar, fridge freezer, built-in oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle. The adjacent dining table comfortably seats 6. The lounge area has a modern seating group and coffee table, flat screen smart TV. Glass patio doors lead out onto the beautifully designed and spacious pool terrace. There is also a cloakroom and WC on this level. Villa Misket is air-conditioned throughout and for additional convenience there is complimentary wi-fi throughout the property.

The first floor has two double and one twin bedrooms, The master bedroom has a king size bed, a walk-in wardrobe with a safe, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower, a WC, a basin, a hairdryer, and a private sea view balcony.
The second double bedroom has a double bed, a furnished balcony and a shower room shared with the twin bedroom The twin bedroom has two single beds, a juliette balcony and a shower room shared with the double bedroom.

Top Floor / Roof Terrace – Villa Misket
Separate access leads to the Villa Misket’s roof terrace, which has wonderful views over Kalkan and is furnished with a lovely L-Shaped rattan sofa and coffee table, a dining table and four armchairs and a parasol. The roof terrace has the best sea views of all and is perfect for
enjoying an evening drink whilst relaxing and taking in the beautiful sunsets.
