Main Level:

Discover a fully equipped kitchen, seamlessly merging with the living and dining space. An office, complete with a comfortable sofa bed measuring 1.40 m x 1.90 m, provides flexibility for your stay. An additional bathroom, adorned with a shower, enhances convenience on this level.



Upper Level:

Ascend to the first floor, where a luxurious suite reigns with a king-size bed measuring 2.00 m x 2.00 m, accompanied by an en-suite bathroom embellished with a shower. Adjacent lies a bedroom adorned with two single beds measuring 0.80 m x 1.90 m, followed by another bedroom featuring two single beds measuring 0.90 m x 2.00 m. A well-appointed bathroom equipped with a bathtub completes this level.



Outdoor Oasis:

Step outside into a realm of private pleasures, boasting a generous swimming pool measuring 9 m x 4 m, a trampoline, and an engaging playground swing. Please Note: While Villa Martha is equipped with an array of amenities to ensure a comfortable stay, it's important to mention that a washing machine is not available on the premises. However, to cater to your laundry needs, we are pleased to provide a complimentary laundry service, ensuring that your stay remains carefree and enjoyable.
