Our mission is to empower individuals to immerse themselves in new places by having a home wherever they go. We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe.

Orgiva is in the neighborhood named after Berlin’s most famous park- Tiergarten. Take advantage of the museums, zoo, bars and restaurants, or just wander around and get lost in nature. When you’re ready to come home, make sure it’s to the perfect apartment.

Orgiva is a wonderfully spacious, one bedroom apartment. Be welcomed by the delightful hallway, and step into the living and dining rooms, together in one, generous open space. Beautifully furnished and decorated in our grassland theme, it’s the perfect setting to entertain guests, or simply relax in front of the TV.

The bedroom is enormous, boasting a soft, double bed, ample wardrobe space, and a dedicated workstation. The calming decor helps create the ideal environment, whether hard at work, or lying in on a Sunday. The modern kitchen is simply and elegantly decorated, and has enough room for its own breakfast table by the window. The bathroom is also fully equipped with modern fittings, and contains a bathtub.

Orgiva is an apartment that makes you feel right at home from day one. Fully furnished, this home comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens.

*We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract.

*We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues.

*Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts.

To comply with local regulations and ensure a smooth check-in process, all guests are required to provide a valid ID before their stay.
This property requires a refundable security deposit. The amount will be requested separately at the moment of booking, as indicated during the booking process.
