Our mission is to empower individuals to immerse themselves in new places by having a home wherever they go. We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe.

Stay in one of the most coveted neighborhoods, Prenzlauer Berg, in this incredible grassland themed property. Grassland on the inside, but Berlin sleek on the outside; Juvilez is located in Berlin’s hipster haven. Explore the trendy breweries and sunday markets from right outside this apartment’s front door.

Juvilez is a 50 square meter apartment that features 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom. The bedroom is fit with a queen size bed and has ample storage space. The dried grass touches are reminiscent of the wild grasslands. The stylish bathroom is complete with modern fittings.

The living and dining area can comfortably seat four people at the table. It also comes with a full entertainment system for when relaxing indoors and a dedicated workstation for remote working needs. The kitchen is furnished with all cooking appliances and utensils, and it comes with a little breakfast nook.

Fully furnished, this home comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens.

*We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract.

*We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund request related to these two issues.

*Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts.

To comply with local regulations and ensure a smooth check-in process, all guests are required to provide a valid ID before their stay.
This property requires a refundable security deposit. The amount will be requested separately at the moment of booking, as indicated during the booking process.
