The luxury villa Aria Liznjan with a heated pool is a newly built villa for rent in the town of Liznjan in the south of the Istrian peninsula, only 500 m from the town center and about 2 km from the nearest beach and sea. This modern villa with pool is built on a plot of land with a total surface of 910 m2, with a living space of 400 m2, which is divided into two floors connected by internal stairs.
On the spacious terrace in the fenced yard there is a private heated pool of 50 m2 with salt water, surrounded by sun loungers and an outdoor summer kitchen with a dining table and chairs.
The ground floor is divided into a kitchen with a dining area and a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa and armchairs and an LCD TV. On the ground floor there is also one bedroom with an en suite bathroom, in which there is a king size bed. This floor is also suitable for people in wheelchair.
On the first floor, there are three remaining bedrooms with king size beds and en suite bathrooms. There are also two separate guest toilets in the villa.
