The Space:

Seaview Penthouse near the beach boasts a prime location, offering beautiful sea and city views.

This non-smoking property is fully equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a washing machine for a comfortable stay. The modern kitchen includes dishes and tableware, as well as major appliances such as an oven, microwave, and dishwasher.

The sleeping area features two bedrooms with double beds and a double sofa bed in the living area, comfortably accommodating up to four guests. The apartment also offers two full bathrooms, ensuring maximum comfort and privacy.

Outdoors, guests can enjoy a spacious terrace, a swimming pool, an outdoor dining area, and a solarium—perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun.

The cleaning fee includes one set of towels and linen per person.

To make your arrival more comfortable, we provide a small courtesy set with essentials like shampoo and cleaning products. It’s just a small starter package to help you settle in, but you’re welcome to stock up on anything else you might need during your stay!

Calle Carvajal is a street in Benalmádena, a coastal town on Spain’s Costa del Sol in the province of Málaga, located between Torremolinos and Fuengirola and about 27 kms from the city of Málaga itself. You’re just a short walk from local beaches like Playa de Carvajal, a popular stretch of sand on the Costa del Sol with chiringuitos (beach bars) and a laid-back holiday atmosphere — especially lively in summer.



Getting Around:

🚆 Train – RENFE Cercanías (Line C-1)


One of the easiest ways to travel along the Costa del Sol:

Local station near Calle Carvajal: Carvajal Train Station — part of the Málaga Cercanías C-1 line.

Main nearby station: Benalmádena‑Arroyo de La Miel Train Station — good for access into the town centre and connections.

Trains run regularly between Fuengirola and Málaga city centre, making it easy to visit other coastal towns or reach the airport and long-distance rail connections.

Tickets are affordable and integrated into the regional transport system (same tariff card as buses).

Tip: The train is usually faster and more predictable than the bus for longer trips (e.g., Málaga or Fuengirola).

- Pools have very different opening times. Please inquire before booking to make sure the pool is open during your stay.

- No smoking inside, no parties.

- Excessive power use could lead to power outages due to hot lines and congested networks.

- One set of linen, a bath towel, and a hand towel per person is included.

- You might need to pick up keys from our office in Fuengirola centre upon arrival; however, the day before arrival, you will get all the information, as it depends.
