Situated on the 4th floor with lift access, the studio offers a balcony that provides breath-taking views of the sea and the inviting pool area. Equipped with a patio table and chairs, it is the perfect spot to unwind and take in the surroundings. For added comfort, a sun awning and a clothes airer are also available. Please note due to new legal regulations in Spain, the owner of this property may require some personal information from guests, including but not limited to the following: copies of passports for all the guests, the guests' home address, mobile telephone number and email address. Also, if children aged 18 years or younger are included in the party, we will need to know the relationship of the children to one adult member of the party. Full flight details will also be required to arrange the key handover.
