The villa has 2 separate living accommodations, ideal for groups travelling together, and there's a coffee shop and a minimarket within minutes' walking. For cultural experiences, explore the nearby historic towns of Ragusa Ibla, Modica and the charming coastal town of Marzamemi, easily accessible by car. WiFi and air conditioning in the bedrooms are included.

A stone’s throw from the golden coastline, Villa Nautilus is a great base for those looking to frequent the beach. The long stretch of sands is backed by dunes and is dotted with a few lidos offering sunbed hire as well as a few seafront restaurants open during the summer months. Head to nearby historic town of Ispica, just 20 minutes’ drive away, for a taste of local Sicilian life and a great selection of shops and restaurants. Ideally positioned to explore multiple of the region's celebrated UNESCO Baroque towns including Noto, Scicli, Modica, and Ragusa Ibla each reachable within 40 minutes by car and offering stunning, historical architecture.
